Mr Damon Brookes

Damon graduated with a law at degree from the University of Portsmouth before completing his LPC at the College of Law in Guildford. He qualified as a solicitor in 2012 after completing his training with a Cheltenham based firm. Damon joined Simmonds Hurford in May 2017.

After qualifying as a solicitor Damon worked in a large conveyancing firm with clients all over the country. In his 5 years with the firm he gained detailed knowledge of the conveyancing process and can assist with any residential conveyancing matter.

Damon has also had experience of preparing wills and lasting powers of attorney along with the administration of estates.

Damon is a keen cyclist. This was most evident when he rode solo from John O’Groats to Land’s End in 2012. He has also competed in triathlons and Tough Mudder, foolishly on more than one occasion. When not pursuing outdoor activities Damon is a keen cook, although he is just as happy for others to prepare dinner whilst trying out any newly discovered restaurants.
